Choc Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 270ml can Ayam coconut cream, full-fat
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 green apple, grated
  • 1 dropper vanilla liquid stevia
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbs grass-fed gelatine
  • 1/2 frozen organic berries
  • 3 tbs chia seeds
  • 2-3 tbs coconut flakes

Method:

Place the coconut cream, milk, apple, stevia, cinnamon and cacao into a blender and blend until smooth. Keep blender running at a slow speed while adding gelatine. Pour into glass container/bowl.

Stir through chia seeds and berries and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Will keep for up to 3 days in fridge.
