Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (270ml) Ayam coconut cream, full-fat
  • 4 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/4 cup water

Method:

Mix all ingredients together well with a spoon. Leave in a glass jar in the fridge overnight (or for at least 3 hours) before serving. Perfect on pancakes, fruit salad or on it’s own.
