THE GOAL
Improve your fitness, strength, energy, vitality and overall health!
Aim to earn maximum points each week, with weekly winners and an overall Fitness & Wellbeing Champion!
EARN POINTS
Points are achieved by completing set activities guided by human health principles. Activities include attending live zoom fitness & wellbeing classes, completing bonus workouts, preparing healthy meals, staying hydrated, sleeping 8 hours+ per night, meditating, and other activities.
PROGRESS EACH WEEK
You track and upload your points into a personal point tracker.
This helps you to gauge areas of progress and improvement associated with your wellbeing.
