Ingredients:
- 1 medium sweet potato, boiled, cooled
- 2 cups spinach
- 3 tbs almond butter
- 1/2 cup Ayam full-fat coconut cream
- 2-3 tbs grass-fed collagen protein powder
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tsp manuka honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch ginger powder
- Pinch nutmeg
- 2-3 drops stevia extract (optional – if you desire a sweeter flavour)
- 1 cup ice
- Additional water or unsweetened coconut milk to reach desired consistency
Method:
Place all ingredients in high-speed blender. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Consume straight away or store in airtight stainless steel or glass container for up to 3 hours. Makes two serves.
