Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients: 1 can (270ml) Ayam coconut cream, full-fat 4 tbs chia seeds 2 tbs honey 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla powder 1/4 cup water Method: Mix all ingredients together well with a spoon. Leave in a glass jar in the fridge overnight (or for at least 3 hours) before serving. Perfect on pancakes, fruit salad or on it’s own.

Berry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 banana 1 cup frozen berries 1-2 raw organic eggs 1 small handfuls activated almonds 1 tbs chia seeds 1/2 cup ice 1-1.5 cups unsweetened coconut milk Method: Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 30-60 sec. Consume straight away or keep in airtight stainless steel or glass container for up to 3 hours.
